Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics

Job Description

Conduct analyses focused on optimizing and understanding marketing performance, sales effectiveness, client retention, and lifetime customer value. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, and sales to deliver actionable insights that help meet company goals. Utilize SQL, Excel, Snowflake, Salesforce, and related dataset manipulation, and data visualization including Looker to conduct analyses on major sales and marketing initiatives, operational trends, challenges, and opportunities. Apply statistics analysis including hypothesis testing and regression analysis. Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable solutions for non-analytical partners including senior leadership. Re-define and challenge company marketing and acquisition KPIs critical to achieving company and business unit goals. Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve marketing of existing products. Build and maintain automated reporting and dashboards to track key metrics. Work with product and operations teams in defining tests and experimental design. Work is performed in company’s office in Chicago with some remote work permitted per company policy. Education Requirement

Master’s degree in Business or marketing analytics, data science, or closely related field.

Experience Requirement

1 year of experience in Marketing or data analyst, product marketing, or closely related.

Special Skills

Must have work experience with the following : (1) Analyzing performance of direct response and brand marketing campaigns in the debt resolution industry including A / B testing and incrementality; (2) Building smart dashboards using Looker / SQL / Snowflake (and R) for monitoring marketing KPIs including regression-based trend analysis and outlier detection; (3) Applied statistics analysis in the B2C financial services industry, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis.

Salary and Benefits

The base annual salary range is listed below and this role is eligible for additional incentives, including an annual bonus.

Base Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 USD
