Regional Sales Manager (Western Territory)

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead Kramer's sales and customer success across the Western US (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, MT, WY, UT, AZ, CO, NM).
Main Focus :
- 50% Channel Management : Grow and support Kramer's reseller and distributor network
- 50% End User Development : Build lasting relationships with end users through a direct, consultative approach
The RSM will be responsible for driving market share, developing new business, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsBuild and strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end usersIdentify and pursue new business opportunitiesRepresent Kramer at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry eventsMaintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline in SalesforceCollaborate with the regional sales team while working independentlyResolve customer issues related to sales and serviceTravel within the territory up to 75%What We're Looking For :
Must live within the territory5+ years sales experience in Pro AV and IT marketsStrong understanding of Professional A / V, Networking, Collaboration, and IT value chainsProven ability to hunt, build, and manage complex client relationshipsEstablished channel and end-user relationships in the regionStrong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detailExperience in value-added solution sellingEntrepreneurial, motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a teamHigh integrity, sound judgment, and credibilityPreferred Qualities :
