What You'll Do

• Assist sales reps with proposal generation, slide decks, and collateral.
• Manage and track leads, opportunities, and contact information in Hubspot (or other CRM).
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and pipeline snapshots for sales prospects.
• Manage social media platforms by creating and posting new content.
• Coordinate internal follow-ups and meetings for sales prospects.
• Organize webinars, tradeshows, and client events.
• Work closely with sales, implementation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
