Job Summary

As the Director of Media, you will be responsible for media leadership at Starbucks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a high-performance team to define and lead Starbucks’ integrated media strategy across all channels (digital, social, video, audio, out-of-home, and emerging platforms).
• Oversee Starbucks’ media investment portfolio, ensuring optimization of spend, performance measurement, and alignment with company objectives.
• Manage agency relationships and internal media operations, driving innovation, accountability, and breakthrough thinking.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate brand strategy into media plans that engage customers.
• Inspire, develop, and lead a team of media professionals, creating a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and results.
