We're looking for a collaborative and strategic Vice President of Program Management to lead the delivery of complex, high-impact marketing initiatives for global enterprise clients. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys mentoring teams, and is passionate about driving meaningful business outcomes.

You'll work across disciplines and geographies, guiding cross-functional teams and partnering with senior client stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions. This is a remote / hybrid role. Employees within 90 minute commute of our NY, MI, CA or IL offices may expect 3 days a week onsite.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership

• Lead program delivery for our most strategic client relationships, managing portfolios valued at $1030M annually.
• Serve as a senior advisor to client stakeholders, helping shape marketing transformation and business growth strategies.
• Support new business efforts through pitch presentations and RFP responses.
• Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.
• Champion a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning within the program management team.

Preferred Qualifications

The annual salary range for this position is $163,000-$263,350. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
