A company is looking for a Supervisor, Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily activities and supervise staff in accordance with program guidelines
Develop program metrics and monitor adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Conduct team meetings and assist in the hiring and training of employees
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
1-4 years of relevant experience
Customer service experience is required; call center experience is preferred
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
Ability to lead and develop a successful team
