Salary : $16.00 / hour

- Work Location : Required to be in the office two days a week, Mondays and Tuesdays and as needed for training or other activities.
What does a typical day entail for a Call Center? You'll be responsible for :
- Reviewing and screening provider enrollment applications for Nebraska Medicaid.
- Conducting research, verification, and documentation of provider information using secure external web services and DECISIONPoint, following Project policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Delivering excellent customer service by managing provider calls, addressing inquiries, and referring complex issues to the Operations Manager when necessary.
- Providing updates to providers regarding their enrollment status as per established policies and procedures.
- Notifying providers of any incorrect or missing information in the DECISIONPoint system.
- Collaborating with Site Visit Field Staff to confirm site visit results.
- Staying updated on the Nebraska Medicaid Provider Enrollment and Screening Project, including relevant policies and procedures.
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and meeting or exceeding Production and Quality Assurance goals.
- Escalating any issues or concerns promptly to the Operations Manager to ensure contractual compliance.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by management.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Have a high school diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred)
- Have at least two (2) years of relevant experience
- Possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Have strong customer service experience, preferably in a provider services environment
- Are computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Have a typing speed of 30+ wpm
- Can perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Can successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Have previous call center experience
