Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly qualified patent prosecution associate or patent agent to join its growing and dynamic Intellectual Property Practice Group.
This position is open to any WBD office. Candidates must have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution and a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar.
Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus. Preference for candidates with networking, software, 3G / 4G / 5G wireless network, or the like.

The national average salary range for this Patent Agent role is $99,600-$145,800. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications and experience.
