A company is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Founder (Lifestyle and Travel).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and necessary documentation
Manage visa processes and collaborate with local service providers for transportation and accommodation
Handle business correspondence and coordinate the Founder's participation in international events
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant
Knowledge of Google Workspace
Understanding of visa-related issues
Experience with payment systems (e.g., PayPal)
Native Russian and fluent English (C1)
