Key Responsibilities
Handle high volume inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
Provide accurate information to patients and healthcare providers regarding applications
Follow call scripts and ensure appropriate customer service experience for callers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a call center
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Ability to multitask and use dual monitors effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required
Quiet workstation with high-speed internet access is mandatory
