Job description

Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee and improve the Quality Management System, audits, and corrective actions

Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and problem-solving tools

Establish SOPs, process controls, and KPIs to sustain improvements and reduce waste

Provide training and coaching on quality and CI practices across all levels

Manage the quality team and collaborate with cross-functional groups on initiatives

Travel occasionally to suppliers or other sites

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred

5+ years in quality and / or continuous improvement leadership within ISO environments

Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred

Strong skills in data analysis, project management, and team leadership

Excellent communication and change management abilities
