This role is responsible for management of the agency model lifecycle including the agency model strategy, curating talent for a robust agency roster, steering the annual scope planning agency spending, and overseeing agency performance across the Molson Coors NA portfolio.
This person ensures the company is getting optimal value from new and existing marketing agency investments through careful stewardship of scope development, appropriate staffing, and monitoring of utilization. This role supports the Sr. Director in leading agency management and relationship best practices.
The role is one of influence and evangelism, so it's important that this person is able to form strong relationships throughout Molson Coors and with key partners.
The Agency Operations Leader will be required to champion a modern agency transformation that will meet the future needs of the business.
This role is responsible for elevating our approach to agency management including :
- Action the agency roster strategy and model optimization with enterprise mindset
- Provide rigor in benchmarking and fee analysis to drive more cost efficiency and effectiveness of our agency resources across the Molson Coors portfolio of brands
- Oversight to Agency performance, quarterly and annually, that ensures optimal utilization and score carding for course correction or termination
- Process management of the agency selection process, business and brand need identification to resource identification
- Manage the scoping process by partnering with brands by including stringent staffing plan analysis and fee negotiation
- Partnership role with Procurement for annual renewal and contract inputs

Pay and Benefits : At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $107,000.00 - $140,400.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
