A company is looking for a Cross-Border Employment Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Provide global employment advice and counsel to multinational companies

Advise clients on a full range of international employment issues

Participate in writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities related to employment law

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in the relevant U.S. location

Minimum of 3 years of relevant employment law experience

Experience in advice and counsel, in-house, or management-side employment litigation

Fluency in a language other than English is a strong plus

Proficiency in various technology platforms for communication and document management
