Base pay range

$65.00 / hr - $75.00 / hr

Overview

Systems Engineers use a Software Engineering approach to architect, design, automate, monitor, support and build applications scale both on premise and in the Cloud (AWS). This includes operating and engineering software with close business segment alignment to deliver platforms through efficient, effective and resilient architectures.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on work contributing to the design, development and implementation of software systems, applications and related products.
• Monitors domain technologies, understand vendor roadmaps and how it impacts / affects the company's environment
• Develop and maintain engineering and architectural standards for on premise / hybrid compute, storage, application and data protections services
• Technology partner to all business segments consulting on service delivery and technology opportunities, advising on proper service delivery and fulfillment practices and portfolio management approaches.
• Consistently reviews and advises on the effectiveness of their technology approaches and its implications to the technology delivery function.
• Technical expert and thought leader in the development of virtualized technologies.
• Design and implement DevOps level deployment using CICD methodologies.
