Job description

Claims Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to support our multifamily real estate portfolio. In this role, you'll manage property and casualty claim files, coordinate with third-party administrators (TPAs), and ensure timely and accurate claim resolution. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams to drive results, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Maintain and document property and casualty claim files for multifamily assets.
  • Coordinate deliverables from TPAs related to real estate loss events.
  • Collect and prepare claim reports and supporting documentation for resolution.
  • Oversee third-party claim resolution and subrogation / recovery processes.
  • Manage reporting systems for first-party and third-party claims across commercial and multifamily properties.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 2+ years of experience in the commercial property and casualty real estate sector preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Job Type & Location :

    This is a contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

    Pay and Benefits :

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
