In this role, you will engage clients through digital communication channels, offering detailed insights and support to help them evaluate their available options. You will maintain a professional online presence, deliver personalized recommendations, and ensure each client receives responsive and detailed support. You’ll also handle follow-ups, manage multiple client conversations, and maintain consistent accuracy in your client documentation. Candidates should be comfortable with virtual communication, proactive engagement, and client-centered decision guidance.
