The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and gaming environment.
This role plays a key part in ensuring daily operations run smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating communication across departments, tracking projects, and handling documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Operations, including calendar management, travel coordination, and daily communications Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and documentation Prepare and manage expense reports, purchase orders, and departmental records in a timely manner Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information Support Operations Managers with administrative needs such as meeting coordination, scheduling, and document formatting Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring all materials and logistics are prepared in advance Attend meetings to capture detailed notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up Maintain and organize departmental documentation, including SOPs, job aids, and shared digital files Perform data entry and assist with compiling operational reports and performance dashboards Track and update training and survey data to support field performance and service quality metrics Perform data entry and assist with compiling operational reports and performance dashboards Act as a key communication link between the Director of Operations, internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure clear and consistent information flow.
Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, ideally supporting senior leadership.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other scheduling or collaboration tools.
Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a cross-functional, operations, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
Full-time, on-site position based in Morrow, GA, with occasional work required in Stockbridge or Midtown offices.
