We are seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership and technical skills to manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout . This role requires hands-on involvement, effective coordination across departments, and proactive management to ensure success on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination

Oversee daily operations from initial planning to project closeout

Collaborate with VDC Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure project alignment

Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive progress and resolve challenges

Monitor performance metrics, timelines, and financials throughout the project

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Minimum 5 consecutive years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction

Proven hands-on, field-focused approach with a high level of ownership

Proficiency with construction project management software and digital planning tools

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
