The Role

The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is a key contributor to the strategic people agenda for assigned client groups. Reporting to a Business Partner Leader, this role is responsible for executing human resources strategies that foster a high-performance culture, drive employee engagement, and support the overall growth objectives of the business unit. The Sr. HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing expert guidance on HR programs and policies, and collaboratively working with our HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) including HR Operations, Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS to deliver effective and integrated HR solutions. This Senior HRBP role is fundamental to the successful execution of our people strategy. By providing expert HR support and guidance to our managers and employees, this role directly contributes to building a productive and engaged workforce. You will be a vital link in delivering impactful HR solutions that enable our business units to thrive and achieve their objectives in a fast-paced and innovative SaaS landscape.

What You Will Do In This Role

Strategic Execution & Advisory Support :

• Partner closely with the Director / Sr. Director, HRBP to implement and execute the overarching HR strategy for assigned client groups.
• Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, aligning with established strategies and policies.
• Contribute to the analysis of business challenges and opportunities, translating them into actionable HR initiatives under the guidance of the HRBP leadership.
• Support the Director / Sr. Director in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent assessment initiatives, contributing data and insights.
