Remote Staff Accountant

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant - Remote (Multi-Client Experience Required).

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounting operations for small business clients across various industries

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations, including sales tax and multi-state requirements

Utilize various accounting software and applications to support financial operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

7+ years of experience in small business accounting operations

Degree in accounting, finance, or related disciplines preferred

Experience with inventory and e-commerce accounting

Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems

Knowledge of not-for-profit and real estate accounting is a plus
