Pay : $21.00 / hour

Hourly - Non-Exempt

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

The server will be responsible for food and drink service according to the chef’s quality specifications and as directed by the kitchen manager while contributing to overall customer satisfaction. The Server will :

• Ensure that events are properly equipped and executed by transporting and pulling necessary items, as well as setting up and breaking down, and returning equipment to designated storages in compliance with banquet standards and instructions.
• Serve meals and beverages to banquet attendees.
• Clean up after each banquet and ensure things are in order.
• Provide a safe and clean work environment.
• Clean, organize, and restock products and equipment from all banquet events.
• Follow established procedures, policies, training, and involvement activities to understand safety responsibilities and environmental laws.
• Food Prep as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
