The Houseperson plays a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, functionality, and presentation of a private residence. This hands-on position supports the housekeeping and culinary teams while ensuring that both indoor and outdoor areas remain spotless, organized, and guest-ready. Responsibilities range from detailed cleaning and general upkeep to light maintenance and event support. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, discreet, proactive, and experienced in high-end residential or hospitality settings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Exterior & Interior Property Upkeep

• Maintain exterior cleanliness of patios, walkways, lanais, and entry points
• Clean outdoor furniture and ensure guest areas are always tidy and presentable
• Perform light maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing bulbs, tightening fixtures, reporting issues)
• Clean exterior windows and doors within safe reach
• Maintain neat and organized garage, storage areas, and trash zones
• Maintain cleanliness of household equipment (e.g., vacuums, cleaning carts)
