We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal Specialist to join our dynamic legal team in New York City. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of legal procedures, excellent research skills, and the ability to support attorneys in various aspects of case preparation.

📍 Location : New York City, NY

⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office

💼 Role : Paralegal Specialist / Paralegal / Legal Assistant

Shift Days / Times : M-F 37.5 hours per week

Pay Range : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience and

qualifications)

What You'll Do :

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as the

paralegal will manage schedules, track project progress, and facilitate

collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Additional duties

include creating and updating project timelines, coordinating meetings, and

managing calendars to ensure all project milestones are met efficiently.

What We’re Looking For :

 Paralegal Certificate

 Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project management

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint,

Outlook, and Teams

 Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

 Excellent attention to detail and time management

 Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
