Job Title : Data Excellence Manager - Finance

Overview

We're seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of finance-domain datasets powering large language models (LLMs). In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams of finance experts, data annotators, QAs, and client partners to ensure on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective dataset delivery. You'll drive operational excellence, scale delivery capabilities, and continuously refine processes to enhance productivity and quality.

• Key Responsibilities

Define the Financial Taxonomy : Design and maintain the canonical taxonomy for financial concepts, workflows, and document types (models, memos, CIMs, TAM analysis, NDAs, etc.) to guide model training and evaluation.
