Summer Law Clerk Internship

A company is looking for a 2026 Summer Law Clerk.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with federal and state court litigation and prepare for court appearances

Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents, including memoranda and briefs

Monitor legal developments and support outreach efforts with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Completion of at least one year of law school, with preference for those who will have completed two years by summer 2026

Passion for social justice and public service lawyering

Experience or eagerness to work in nonprofit or advocacy organizations

Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Commitment to diversity and inclusivity in collaborative environments
