They manage a staff of Event Hosts who work diligently to ensure our event clients and guests are totally satisfied with every aspect of their events. Reporting to the center's General Manager, the Event Operations Manager is a great opportunity for someone with exceptional organizational skills and amazing people skills to match.

Who You Are
You're an event professional who knows that the secret to every great party is a room full of satisfied guests. Your guest service radar is finely tuned and you impart that mindset to all of the event hosts whom you manage. You have experience leading a team and knowledge of the hospitality industry and event planning / execution. You're also a rock-solid communicator whose interpersonal skills are second to none. And since events aren't always 9 to 5, you're flexible to work a variety of shifts, from weekends and holidays to extended workdays.

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 annually
Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package which includes healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
