Regional Quality Supervisor

A company is looking for a Regional Quality Supervisor to lead and develop a team of Quality Assurance Analysts.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and manage a virtual team of Quality Assurance Analysts

Implement and maintain quality assurance standards and guidelines

Oversee real-time virtual troubleshooting and help desk support for field technicians

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree and two or more years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience

Proven experience in leading and developing teams

Exceptional proficiency with spreadsheet software for data analysis

Familiarity with field operations or residential installation is a plus

Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours, including weekends as needed
