Job Summary :
The Finance Manager - Oshkosh S-Series will manage the accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis for the product line. This role will work closely with product line leaders across different functions to provide support, insight, and analysis to drive business outcomes and will also lead the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning for the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Own financial analysis and provide insight into assigned areas. Prepare and effectively communicate analysis for executive review and consideration.
- Interact with other departments on business issues that impact financial projections. Partner with internal and external customers to lead and grow the business.
- Manage the monthly close process for the business including the analysis and booking of accounting entries, completion and presentation of a monthly financial reporting package, quarter-end reporting support, and account reconciliations.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans. Take ownership over organizing the process and input needed from other functions.
- Streamline financial reporting and communication. Identify and support continuous improvement projects across the business.
- Help identify and analyze opportunities for optimal capital allocation and help drive "Make vs. Buy" decisions.
- Partner with the Director of Finance and Product Management in planning, measuring and reporting on performance of assigned areas and opportunities to improve profitability through pricing or cost efficiency.
- Responsibility over the management and administration of business systems and procedures; ensure that the effectiveness of new procedures is validated, and Sarbanes-Oxley process documentation is updated for changes effecting internal controls.

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or treasury.Ability to travel 10%.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience leading others in a fast-paced work environment.Thorough knowledge of various financial regulations (ie. GAAP, international laws).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Pay Range : $102,800.00 - $176,800.00
