Director of Transformation Program

A company is looking for a Director of Transformation Enterprise Program Office (Technology Delivery) for NA / Europe, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for all projects within the assigned EPMO portfolio

Engage with project teams to monitor progress and ensure successful delivery of project outcomes

Coach and mentor Project Leaders on best practices for executing high-impact projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus

Minimum of 5 years of CRO & Life Sciences experience

At least 12 years of experience in strategy execution, business transformation, or similar roles within a large-scale EPMO or Transformation Office

Deep proficiency in project and portfolio management methodologies and best practices

Change management expertise with the ability to guide organizations through transformation
