Overview
The Exsilio Marketing Consultant in Redmond, WA is responsible for supporting the success of Exsilio’s Marketing practice by driving end-to-end marketing campaigns, strategically creating demand for stakeholders’ products and / or services, and generating or supporting fresh business opportunities with new or existing clients. The Marketing Consultant will be responsible for daily delivery responsibilities of resources engaged in Exsilio projects.

Responsibilities
Work directly with stakeholders to lead and manage an end-to-end marketing campaign
Drive demand for a product or service; be strategic in determining the tactics that will yield the greatest success
Create a strong partnership with Exsilio’s Creative Team to ensure that we are servicing each account to the fullest extent
Strive to retain 80% of existing clients through project renewals
Manage day-to-day delivery responsibilities for your project; receive 95% satisfaction rating on delivery by stakeholders
Support department goals of growing business by creating new or expanding existing partnerships
Create and present reports that analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts
Meet or exceed set KPI’s for every project
Assist with research projects and / or special projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Marketing is preferred
3 years of marketing experience in an agency
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment
Creative thinker who can back it up with a tactical skillset
Ability to give and receive critical feedback
Always remains customer focused
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results-driven personality
Comfortable with analytics and optimizing strategy
Critical thinker who analyzes problems before offering solutions
Experience working in Google Ads and Bing Ads
Must be able to change focus or priorities with little notice
Ability to stay calm during high-stress situations
Physical demands
