We're looking for an experienced growth product leader who excels at connecting the dots between product, marketing, engineering, and data to accelerate user growth. As the Lead Product Manager for the Growth team, you'll help millions of learners and teachers find value in Quizlet faster, come back more often, and stay engaged over time. You'll work with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and data scientists in building and scaling systems that fuel sustainable growth for the business. You will be someone who thrives at high-velocity experiments, identifies structural improvements to the growth funnel, and develops frameworks that make growth more repeatable and predictable for the business. While helping us redefine what it means to drive healthy growth, ensuring we build habits that serve learners, teachers, and the business. As a senior leader within Growth, you'll play a key role in shaping how we think about experimentation, data-driven decision making, and user motivation across the company. You'll mentor other PMs, collaborate closely with marketing, and help develop our growth practice so that we can bring Quizlet to new audiences around the world.
This is an onsite position in our San Francisco office. To help foster team collaboration, we require that employees be in the office a minimum of three days per week : Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and as needed by your manager or the company.
