Join a mission-driven team making a real impact! The Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to recruit, manage, and engage hundreds of volunteers to support literacy programs countywide.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and engage individuals and over 25 community groups to volunteer.
• Coordinate volunteer assignments, schedules, tracking, data entry, and retention.
• Manage and maintain the volunteer database using organizational and tech skills.
• Communicate effectively with volunteers through multiple channels.
• Plan volunteer appreciation events and support outreach efforts to promote literacy.
• Work on-site at the Blume Literacy Center, Mon-Fri between 8 a.m.-6 p.m., with occasional evenings / weekends.
