Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Staff AI Engineer to design and deploy advanced AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Architect foundational components for production-grade AI systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement the next-generation agent platform
Ensure AI agents are secure, observable, and accountable in enterprise environments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
12+ years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI infrastructure
Deep knowledge of autonomous agent frameworks and AI orchestration models
Proficiency with cloud-native platforms and distributed systems
Experience in software development, preferably in Python, Go, or Java
