Sales Development Representative
iWorQ, based in Logan, Utah, is seeking ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, organized, and ready to begin or grow a career in software sales. In this outbound, cold-calling role, you'll independently reach out to city and county governments nationwide, qualify opportunities, and schedule demos for our Account Executives. Success comes from discipline, strong communication, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct 75 or more cold calls per day to introduce iWorQ's software solutions.
- Research and generate your own leads through proactive outreach.
- Professionally engage city representatives to identify and reach decision-makers.
- Clearly communicate software benefits and schedule qualified demos.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within CRM (Pipedrive).
- Meet and exceed established call and demo quotas.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to support the sales pipeline.
Qualifications :
Comfortable and confident making 75+ cold calls daily.Self-directed with strong time-management and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Quick learner who can absorb product knowledge and apply it effectively.Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).Previous outbound sales experience is preferred but not required.
