The opportunity :

Our client, a Fortune 250 global manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Financial Analysis Leader to join their team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and manufacturing. This role will be responsible for leading financial analysis efforts, driving strategic financial planning, and providing insights to support decision-making processes within the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the financial analysis team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Partner with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial documentation.
• Drive process improvements within the FP&A function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
