Job Description

The San Francisco District Office of Farmers Insurance is seeking a highly motivated, customer service-oriented Agency Business Consultant to support our new Agency Owners, Protgs, and their teams.

In this role, you will work side by side with developing agencies providing hands-on support, tracking sales production, coaching sales techniques, and leading by example. Your contribution will directly impact the success of our District Office program and the long-term performance of each agency you work with.

This is not a clock-watching position. We are looking for someone who is driven, energetic, and genuinely passionate about making a difference through impactful training, mentoring, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Support new agency owners and Protgs in their daily operations

Track sales performance and provide actionable coaching

Demonstrate effective sales and customer service strategies

Ensure clean deal execution to support strong retention and renewals

Utilize technology and CRM tools to identify trends and support production

Set the standard for professionalism, punctuality, and consistency

Requirements

Must have an active California Property & Casualty License

Minimum of 1 year experience working in a high-performing insurance agency

Must clear a Farmers Insurance background check

Must obtain a California Life, Accident & Health License within 90 days of employment

Strong communication and coaching skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering results

Dependable and punctual attendance is critical and sets the example for others
