Position Overview :

The Food & Beverage Attendant plays a key role in delivering a welcoming and efficient dining experience across all service periods - from complimentary breakfast to evening banquets and PM dining. This team member ensures food areas are stocked, clean, and guest-ready while providing friendly, attentive service that aligns with Embassy Suites' hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and maintain the complimentary breakfast area, ensuring all items are fresh, stocked, and attractively displayed.

Greet guests warmly and assist with special requests, including custom omelet orders and dietary accommodations.

Clear plates, clean tables, and maintain a tidy dining area throughout service.

Replace soda syrups and monitor beverage stations for quality and availability.

Support banquet setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring seamless transitions between events.

Provide attentive, professional service during PM dining or bar hours as needed.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Hilton brand standards.

Assist with restocking, inventory rotation, and maintaining organized back-of-house storage.

Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications :

Prior food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and adapt between breakfast and banquet service.

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, weekends, and evenings.
