BenQ's eSports Line of Business, ZOWIE, is hiring an eSports Product Marketing Specialist. This role will be responsible for optimizing strategic marketing content, digital marketing planning and execution, data analysis, social media management, and supporting operations.
There is a strong focus on the target audience and customer engagement, extending to event organizers, LAN centers, and other businesses.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute esports product go-to-market campaigns, covering each touchpoint from awareness and consideration to consumer conversion
- Create compelling campaign messaging and content that resonates with target audiences and drives interest and attendance
- Facilitate all digital marketing activities according to a structured calendar, including scheduling and organizing campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives across various digital channels such as email, social media, and online advertising platforms
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Optimization includes copy and landing pages for search engine marketing, recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Publish daily organic content to build meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand
- Collect and analyze data using Google Analytics 4 to identify trends and insights related to digital marketing campaigns on the website, including email marketing, CPC ads, organic search, and social media
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in product marketing or social media / digital marketing
- Knowledge of the overall PC & Console esports market & related products & games
- Relationship builder with excellent interpersonal, effective oral and written communication
- Detail-oriented and able to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently in a changing environment
- Good understanding of Google Analytics with an ability to organize, track, and analyze data per campaign
- Active player of current FPS eSports titles (Valorant, CS2, COD )
- Prior experience with on-site operations of events
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
