Job descriptionManage and process payroll activities with precision and confidentiality. Partner with internal departments to verify data and ensure seamless payroll runs. Respond to employee inquiries with patience and top-notch customer service. Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies quickly and accurately. Maintain detailed payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Experience with ADP or other major payroll systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A calm, solutions-focused communicator who handles questions with empathy and professionalism. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to help things run smoothly.

Our client is looking to hire a Payroll Coordinator to join their team on a Temp to Hire basis - someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys helping others, and can keep payroll running smoothly and on time, every time.
As our Payroll Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our team members are paid accurately and on schedule. You’ll collaborate with various departments, resolve discrepancies with professionalism and care, and help maintain compliance with company policies and payroll regulations.
Work Schedule & Compensation :
- Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM (30-minute unpaid break)
- Compensation : $24 per hour
