Key Responsibilities
Own the B2B demand funnel, creating integrated campaigns to drive growth in qualified leads and pipeline
Design and optimize multi-channel programs including paid media, email, webinars, and events
Develop and manage lead nurture strategies to enhance conversion rates and campaign performance
Required Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing
Proven experience in building and scaling full-funnel demand programs
Expertise with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and product marketing
