We are looking to add a highly motivated Commercial HVAC Dispatcher to join our team!
Pay : $29.00 - $34.00 Per hour, Depending on Experience + Performance Bonuses
Hours : Monday through Friday; 6 : 30am - 3 : 30pm with a 1-hour lunch

Job Duties :
- Manage Service Dispatch - dispatch service calls, maintenance and project calls using Work Order Management based on skills and customer needs while maintaining profitability
- Master Audit process following the timelines of the department weekly workflow
- Utilize XOi software for work order details
- Comprehensive understanding of maintenance agreement coverages
- Proactive and current maintenance scheduling - minimal deferred scheduling
- Preorder maintenance supplies for most cost-effective purchase
- Maintain parts & material inventory
- Update and maintain accurate customer & contact information in Click-Up, our project management software
- Coordinate with sales, operations and customers for New Maintenance Start-Up
- Maintain a 95% utilization rate for all technicians
- Communicate with the field and customers to schedule necessary return and follow-up visits
Required Qualifications / Skills :
- 2+ years' experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent telephone, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High energy, positive attitude, and comfortable in a team environment
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in learning new software programs
- Prioritization and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Geographical Knowledge of service area and map reading skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior service dispatch experience
