Business Development Manager (Team Lead)
Amega Group is seeking to hire a strategic and results driven Business Development Manager to lead our partner acquisition and commercial growth. This role involves developing and managing a high-performance business development function for a fast growing financial services firm.
Main Activities and Responsibilities :
- Define and execute business development strategy in alignment with Company goals.
- Lead a team focused on partner onboarding, commercial agreements and long-term relationship building.
- Identify and engage with potential partners : affiliates, IBs and institutional clients.
- Develop tailored commercial offers and incentive models.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to support growth.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare performance and KPI reports.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience in business development, ideally in financial services or fintech.Proven track record in acquiring and managing commercial partners.Leadership experience : managing or mentoring partnerships, business development, or affiliate teams.Experience working with CRM tools and support operations in a fintech environment.Fluent in English (C1+); other languages are a plus (Spanish, Arabic, Chinese etc).Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Detail oriented with a focus on execution and follow through.Excellent communication and presentation skills.What We Offer :
