Job Posting

Overview : Under general supervision and working closely with check clerk lead. Processes data entry transactions. Scanning checks, filing checks, and mailing checks. Performs other clerical duties as requested.

Responsibilities :

  • Performs scanning of return checks
  • Performs filing of return checks
  • Performs data entry processes into a database
  • Performs assigned tasks and projects
  • Verifies and corrects information
  • Ensure complete and accurate data entries into system
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Processes special and recurring reports
  • Monitors email boxes, inboxes, and other systems to fulfill requested services

Physical Demands :

  • Will be required to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Must be able to use a keyboard and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Mental qualifications include ability to enter data accurately, prepare reports and maintain records.
  • Ability to follow directions and communicate appropriately and effectively with staff and customers.

    • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office and Database Systems
  • Knowledge of customer service concepts and practices
  • Knowledge of basic systems as needed
  • Skill in oral and written communication
  • Skill in operating a personal computer utilizing a variety of software applications, including database
  • Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills
  • Ability to efficiently follow-up to find missing information
  • Ability to multi-task. Ability to take and follow direction
