Ticketing & Events Coordinator

Position Summary :

This role is the point person for all the Firm's ticketing inventory and events organization.
The Ticketing & Events Coordinator will serve as a central resource within the Marketing and Business Development Department and report to the Director of Client Services. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the firm's ticket inventory across multiple offices, platforms, venues, and time zones (Cleveland, Columbus, Chicago). The coordinator ensures efficient allocation and utilization of tickets to support client engagement, hospitality, and business development initiatives. The position requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and within multiple time zones.
Position Responsibilities
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, events, hospitality, or client services; law firm or professional services experience preferred. Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with attorneys, staff, clients, and vendors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ticketing platforms or CRM systems a plus. Flexibility to support evening and weekend events when necessary.
