Title : Project Manager
Location : Washington DC
Type : Full-Time
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage all aspects of the contract, including planning, execution, and delivery of services across multiple task areas.
Oversee the development and enhancement of the Early Childhood Learning and Knowledge Center (ECLKC) and ACF / OHS websites.
Coordinate with federal staff, content creators, and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Manage project timelines, budgets, staffing, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including Section 508 accessibility standards and IT security protocols.
Provide strategic leadership and serve as the primary point of contact for the government COR and stakeholders.
Support transition-in and transition-out activities, reporting, and operational analysis.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 7 years of experience (10 years preferred), including :
At least 3 years with human services or public health organizations (preferably early childhood service delivery).
3 years of progressive supervisory management experience.
Experience in budget oversight and management.
Proven success in managing and improving multi-faceted federal projects.
Strong proficiency in project management software and tools.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and act on data from multiple sources.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Experience collaborating with external partners and federal agencies.
Preferred Qualifications :
PMP Certification
Agile Certification and Experience
Proficiency in Spanish
Experience as staff in a Head Start program (minimum 5 years)
