As a Staff Product Manager on Bumble Date, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of modern dating. You'll define and drive the strategy for a high-impact product area turning human insight, cultural understanding, and emerging technology into meaningful experiences that help millions find real connections. You'll work closely with a talented cross-functional team across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data, championing our Bumble values of Courage, Curiosity, and Respect in everything you create.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the strategy across multiple interconnected areas of Bumble Date setting the long-term vision while ensuring short-term impact.
  • Translate insights from data, research, and member feedback into clear priorities and compelling product experiences.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate using AI-assisted tools to explore new dating experiences, improve personalization, and enhance safety and trust features.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Product Managers, Design, Product Marketing and Engineering to build and launch innovative, high-quality features that reflect Bumble's commitment to empowering women and promoting healthy relationships.
  • Define success metrics and use data to inform decisions, learning quickly and adapting with agility as you scale your impact.
  • Influence product direction across Bumble Date by framing bold ideas, sharing best practices, and mentoring PMs in product thinking and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Marketing, Trust & Safety, and Growth teams to align launches with user and brand strategy.
  • Role model Bumble's values particularly Courage and Respect in how you make decisions, collaborate, and represent the voice of our members.
  • Apply our core competencies : collaborate with purpose, take ownership, and adapt plans with an agile mindset.
  • Coach PMs and cross-functional partners in strategic thinking and member-first product development.

About You

  • You have deep experience as a consumer product manager, ideally within social, dating, or community-driven products.
  • You're both visionary and hands-on equally comfortable defining long-term strategy and rolling up your sleeves to drive execution.
  • You have a strong understanding of user psychology, motivation, and behavior in digital relationships.
  • You're fluent in experimentation and discovery practices, with an ability to balance member needs, safety, and business growth.
  • You're confident using AI tools to prototype new experiences, test ideas, or analyze user insights and you bring creative ideas for applying AI to product development.
  • You're a thoughtful communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around a shared goal and narrative.
  • You demonstrate curiosity, empathy, and resilience, with a commitment to building inclusive, empowering experiences for all users.
  • AI fluency : independently uses and prototypes with AI tools to accelerate discovery, design, or testing; shares learnings and champions adoption within the product team.
  • This role will shape how millions experience confidence and connection on Bumble, redefining what healthy digital relationships look like.
  • Typically requires 812 years of experience, though we welcome candidates with alternative backgrounds that demonstrate equivalent skills.
  • $215,000 - $245,000 a year

    For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
