The Marketing Specialist will lead marketing initiatives for Intec Automation and New Equipment, helping to drive the adoption of automated solutions and New Equipment across our global customer base. This role will partner closely with the Head of Marketing to own and drive an applications-focused marketing process, ensuring that messaging, collateral, and campaigns are built around customer problems and the solutions we deliver. This position requires hands-on marketing and strategic contributions, balancing content development, campaign execution, and sales enablement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical B2B environment, has experience translating engineering capabilities into customer-focused value, and is motivated to build scalable marketing processes.
Automation Marketing Leadership
- Owns marketing strategy and execution for Intec Automation and New Equipment products and services.
- Positions automation and New Equipment offerings within the broader Machine Solutions portfolio.
- Develops targeted campaigns for a broad range of industries for Automation and interventional catheter-based industries, including medical devices.
- Assists in developing launch plans for new or revised products; assists in creating and administering strategies for increasing market share of existing products.
- Assists in retirement and communication planning for product decommissioning.
Applications-Focused Marketing
Partners with the Head of Marketing to build a structured, applications-based marketing framework.Creates compelling messaging and materials that highlight customer problems, application needs, and Machine Solutions' solutions.Translates technical features into clear benefits aligned with ROI, efficiency, and quality outcomes.Conducts research meant to identify potential and existing customers, competitors, and markets for company products.Content & Campaign Development
Designs and produces high-quality marketing assets : product-specific data sheets, promotional publications, brochures, case studies, sales presentations, website content, and videos.Supports inbound and outbound campaigns, including LinkedIn advertising, email workflows, and trade show promotions.Manages application-specific thought leadership pieces in collaboration with engineering and product teams.Sales Enablement & Process
Develops playbooks, battle cards, and talk tracks to support sales adoption.Builds repeatable templates for new product launches (fact sheets, FAQs, competitive analysis, etc.).Partners with sales leadership to align marketing assets with customer conversations.May assist in planning sales promotions or other special events, such as conferences, trade shows, or user meetings.Analytics & Reporting
Tracks campaign performance and lead flow for automation solutions.Provides reporting and insights on marketing ROI, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.Ad-Hoc duties as needed.Qualifications / Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent business experience a plus.5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in capital equipment, automation, or medical device manufacturing environments.Any combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Proven success in building campaigns that drive lead generation and sales adoption.Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused value.Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM / automation platform), WordPress CMS, and analytics dashboards.Comfortable using AI marketing tools (content generation, campaign optimization, analytics) to accelerate output.Highly skilled at managing creative services vendors (graphic design, video, web) to deliver projects on time and budget.Knowledgeable with brand evolutions and corporate rebranding initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across multiple product lines.Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Physical Demands & Work Environment :
The physical demands of the role involve prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and engaging in repetitive hand movements for tasks like typing or writing. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting objects to 20 pounds may be required. This role may also include frequent use of standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, and telephones. Good hearing and manual dexterity are essential for safely performing tasks and ensuring product quality. To effectively complete the tasks in this position, the vision requirements needed are the ability to adjust focus and identify and distinguish colors.The work environment for this role is in an office located near a manufacturing facility or remotely at a home office. When visiting our manufacturing facility, occasional exposure to noise, vibrations, or odors from the nearby production area may occur. Employees may need to enter the manufacturing floor occasionally, requiring adherence to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Compensation Range : $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually
