JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Brand Health Specialist to partner with our Insights team to enhance brand health measurement and tracking across our four key markets: US, UK, CAN, and AU. The role involves working closely with brand and market teams to identify crucial brand health topics, synthesize insights, and convert these into actionable strategies to drive brand growth. The successful candidate will leverage customer insights, understand the competitive landscape, and use data analytics to identify growth opportunities and influence the brand's strategic direction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Collaborate with the Insights team to drive brand health measurement and tracking initiatives.
• Work with brand and market teams to define and prioritize brand health topics.
• Facilitate the synthesis of insights into compelling narratives for action.
• Employ customer insights and competitive analysis to unlock brand growth opportunities.
• Set and monitor success metrics for brand repositioning efforts, applying rigorous strategic analysis.

Must have Skills:

• Proven expertise in analytics and quantitative data analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across diverse groups and cultures.

Industry Experience Required:

Experience in brand management, market research, or a related field is highly preferred.
