Overview

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. We are proud to be part of the Hunter Douglas family of brands. We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Design Consultants who are part of the Everett market. Terms are as follows : $1500 will be paid out after 30 days and an additional $1,500 will be paid after 60 days of service and good-standing and active employment with 3 Day Blinds.

Who you are

  • Ready to roll up your sleeves ooting up to 20 pounds when needed.
  • Experience that aligns well with our role (including but not limited to) :
  • Any sales roles, especially in home improvement / d e9cor, and anything field based or in-home

  • Customer service focused backgrounds

  • Experience in security systems or solar is welcome
  • What’s in it for you?

  • We offer a generous uncapped compensation plan and bi-weekly draw while you ramp up.
  • You will be provided with quality company generated appointments and are greatly rewarded for self-generated appointments as part of our monthly bonus plan.
  • Design Consultants at 3 Day Blinds are earning a nationwide average of $80,000-90,000 annually in commission and bonus . The District Sales Manager can provide more detail; biggest variable is you.
  • Youll receive 4 weeks of paid, world class training and be provided with tools including a laptop, smartphone, product samples, and mileage reimbursement.
  • Youll receive a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) with employer matching.
