    • What Youll Do

  • Proactively connect with Spanish- and English-speaking clients to identify needs and recommend solutions.
  • Market and explain insurance options across auto, home, life, health, and financial products.
  • Manage applications, policy changes, renewals, and service requests efficiently.
  • Educate clients through consultative, needs-based conversations.
  • Build trust, drive retention, and contribute to referral growth.

    • What You Bring

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (required).
  • Active Property & Casualty license and / or Life & Health license (preferred). Not licensed yet? We provide support to help you obtain them.
  • State Farm agency or insurance experience is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and strong organizational skills.
  • A service-first mindset with the confidence to pivot into sales when opportunities arise.
  • Professionalism, excellent communication, and a team-oriented approach.
